[简介]
Sunrise公司1999年出品的动画片。帕拉蒂姆城里的所有人都失去了40年前的记忆，而居民们用头脑中留下的文明和道德观念维系着这个失忆之城。谈判专家ロジャー·スミス自救下机器人R·ドロシー·ウェインライト后又经历了一系列的冒险，渐渐接近了这个世界的真实…………
这部作品典型的欧美漫画风格，基调也是黑灰色的，一集一个小故事的形式，让人想起Batman。在美国大受好评，但是在日本本土却因为资金原因而放到13话中断。2003年第二季14话到26话终于上映。
